Garlic Pasta (decadent)

   8 Cloves Garlic

3 T. Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 pound pasta (8 ounces) weight before cooking
fresh greated parmasan or Romano cheese
Garnish with Parsley or Green Onion

Cut Garlic into this slices and saute' in Olive Oil until not quite browned.  Add the cream,  tiny bit of salt and ample pepper.  Simmer for a moment to reduce the cream.  Then toss with not pasta. Add lots of cheese and garnishments.
