Shipwreck Casserole

What I love about this recipe is you can alter it and it still works!

Ingredients
1 to 1 ½ pounds “browned” ground beef
Salt and ground pepper
Paprika
1 C or a little more, chopped onion
3 medium potatoes, sliced
½ C uncooked long grain rice
1 C chopped Carrots
1 C chopped Celery
1 can Tomato Soup
1 can undrained Kidney Beans
1 C boiling water

How to put it together
Heat oven to 300 degrees

In a large greased casserole dish

Layer this way:
Each layer gets sprinkled with salt, pepper, and Paprika
Onion
Potatoes
Ground Beef
Uncooked rice
Carrots
Celery
Kidney Beans

Now, combine the soup and with boiling water and pour over the top.
Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours.

Give this a try, it’s an oldie but delish.
