and Potato Pie

slightly beaten egg
1
cup milk
¼
C. Ketchup
1 T
instant minced onions ( I use real ones and wing it)
¾ t
Salt
1/8
t pepper
1
pound ground beef
Enough
instant potatoes for 8 servings.
½
Cheddar
Combine
the egg, half the dray instant mashed potatoes. (Sometimes I top it with my own real mashed potatoes)
Milk,
ketchup, onion, salt, pepper, add beef and mix well. Spread in a 9 inch pie plate
(I
use a 9x9 casserole dish)
I use real mashed potatoes on top!
Bake
at 350 for 35 minutes. Prepare
remaining potatoes according to direction.
Spoon atop hot pie. Sprinkle
Cheese over potatoes. Cute in wedges
and serve with ketchup.
